My husband and and I learned a lot about where we want to own since having our first condo. Location, location, location. Our condo is situated right on Coastal Highway which is a few minutes walk to the beach. Also located right beside the convention center for all the great events they host or any travel sports your kids are in to.

Enjoy morning coffee from the condo or our deck and watch the sunrise 🌅 over the ocean 🌊. We have the top floor end unit with all the privacy. No noise from above or people walking by the condo. Enjoy all the happenings on the coastal highway from the deck, bike week, air show, car shows, etc….

We all love the short bike ride to the boardwalk in the morning. Perfect for a little exercise and to give the kids the boardwalk atmosphere that they crave. My older girls love the bus stop right out front to catch a quick trip to the boardwalk in the evening. The best of both worlds with also being right at the bay. A drink 🍹 🍻 in hand and a view of the bay and sunset 🌅 is incredible from the deck. Stay in and cook with the full kitchen or go right out front to one of the many favored OC restaurants. Our condo overlooks Coconuts beach bar & grill with two for one happy hour. More of my favorites right beside us… Shotti’s, Seacrets, Barn 34, Mother’s Cantina, Fractured Prune and so many more.
