Bayside 37th street, 1st floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6. It is in the middle of the complex, not right on on Coastal highway. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and a queen pull out in the living room. There is an outdoor pool at the complex overlooking the bay and boat ramp/docks (fee to bring a boat). Launching place for kayaks or canoes. Washer/dryer (stacked) in the unit and Central AC. 40″ LCD TV in the living room and a 26″ LCD/DVD in the bedroom.  FREE Wi-Fi with smart tvs for all your streaming needs

It is a great location, right next to the convention center. Ocean City bus stops out in front of the community. Walking distance Jolly Rogers if you have kids (32nd) and across the street from Coconuts (one of two places you can legally drink on the beach in Ocean City and 2 for 1 happy hour) if you don’t! Walking distance to Seacrets….Walking distance to the new Barn 34 (great place for breakfast).

Guests provide their own linens and towels and disposable items.  Or $30 extra for owner to supply.
