Ideal Midtown location within close distance to many great restaurants, shops, and activities. You can walk to Seacrets, Shotties Point, K-Coast, Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill, Barn 34 and more. Our condo is located directly next to the Convention Center.

2. The condo is located on the first floor w/ 1 assigned parking spot and a shared spot. Additional parking is located at the convention center which is directly next to Bradley on the Bay complex.
3. This is a no smoking/ vaping unit.
4. Per condo rules, no pets are allowed.
5. Please obey condo rules that are posted inside the condo, and be considerate of your neighbors.
6. We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring with you.
